What We Do

Uniting 2 Save Animals is a 501C3 non-profit rescue dedicated to finding homes for dogs from West Virginia kill-shelters. Under current policy, many dogs are held for only five days before they are euthanized.

Based in the Frederick/Hagerstown, Maryland area, U2SA volunteers work tirelessly to find safe placement for these dogs through adopters, foster homes, and rescue partners.

U2SA is also committed to expanding access to low-cost spay/neuter programs, and supporting local dog owners with resources to keep their pets healthy, safe, and in their homes.

We believe we can save more animals when we unite – bringing together people, businesses, fosters, volunteers, adopters, and animal welfare organizations.
